COFFEE WHITE RUSSIAN
The good old White Russian gets a Christmas cocktail twist with sugar and spice and everything nice.
whAT YOU’LL NEED
- 1 shot vodka
- 1 shot Baileys
- 1 shot espresso
- top with milk
- cream and pumpkin spice or cinnamon, to garnish
Shake in a cocktail shaker and double strain into a glass. Top with cream and pumpkin spice.
CHRISTMAS COFFEE NEGRONI
We’re caffeinating the classic Italian Christmas cocktail so you have the fuel to party all the way to New Year’s.
whAT YOU’LL NEED
- 3/4 shot coffee liquer
- 3/4 shot vodka
- 1/2 shot Aperol
- 1/2 marsala
- 1 shot espresso
Stir in the glass, add ice and a twist of orange zest.
BONFIRE NIGHT CHRISTMAS COCKTAIL
This Christmas cocktail evokes the sensation of toasty toes in front of a roaring fire. For the gingerbread syrup, infuse a simple sugar syrup with a dash of ground cinnamon, cloves and ginger.
whAT YOU’LL NEED
- pinch of cloves
- 2 shots vodka
- 2 shots espresso
- 1 shot gingerbread syrup
- ice
On a fireproof tray, light cloves with a lighter until smoking. Cover with balloon glass and leave to infuse.
Pour vodka, espresso, ice and gingerbread syrup into a cocktail shaker. Double strain into balloon glass.
ROSEMARY HOLIDAY TIPPLE
A sweet and cloying Christmas cocktail with just a touch of rosemary to remind you its the holiday season.
whAT YOU’LL NEED
- 1 shot Baileys
- 1 gin
- 1 shot chocolate syrup
- 1 shot espresso
Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker with no ice. Pour into glass.
Light a rosemary stalk with a lighter until smoking and arrange on top to infuse the cocktail.
